These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of websites and products operated by Hangzhou Dpopd Technology Co., Ltd. (“Dpopd”, “we”, “us”), including dpopd.com, dpopd.cn, ParrotAI / Parrot apps, tools, and games (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security / abuse risks.
4. Free and paid plans (ParrotAI PRO)
- Local features of Parrot may remain available on a free tier; hosted AI usage is rate-limited.
- PRO unlocks higher hosted quotas and related benefits described on the product page at the time of purchase.
- Prices and billing currency may differ by region (CNY via Alipay on dpopd.cn; USD via Creem Checkout on dpopd.com).
- Unless required by law or stated otherwise at checkout, digital PRO purchases are generally non-refundable once entitlement is delivered. Contact us if a payment error occurs.
5. Payments
Checkout is handled by third-party processors (Alipay and/or Creem as Merchant of Record). Their terms also apply to the payment transaction. We grant PRO after we receive confirmed payment status from the processor.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the Services except as allowed by law
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
- Use hosted AI to violate applicable law, infringe others’ rights, or distribute malware
- Resell access in a way that circumvents our plans without written permission
7. Intellectual property
The Services, branding, and software (excluding your own content) are owned by Dpopd or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services as provided.
8. Your content and on-device data
You retain rights to content you create. On-device snapshots and Memory are primarily under your control on your device. Content you send to hosted AI is processed as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI OUTPUTS MAY BE INACCURATE; YOU MUST VERIFY IMPORTANT RESULTS.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DPOPD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS / DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
11. Changes
We may modify the Services or these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and, where appropriate, posting a notice on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence provide otherwise.
